    连杆蝶阀的结构,它主要由驱动装置、阀板、阀体、主轴、杆系等零部件组成。阀门的启闭是靠驱动装置驱动主轴带动杆系机构运动,从而实现阀板的打开和关闭。通过图1可以看出,无论阀门在开启还是关闭的时候,阀板及其连动部件始终是在介质的包围之中。当阀门关闭时,阀板要承受介质的所有压力,这样就会引起阀板的塑性变形,进而使其连动件引起变形;当阀门开启时,阀板又会受到介质的冲刷,以及介质流动所引起的阀板本身的振动,这样同样会加快连动部件的损坏,尤其是铰接处固体自润滑轴承的损坏。因此,连杆蝶阀阀板的寿命也就是连杆蝶阀的寿命。
